Formal education or skills and why? i think both need to strike a balance because theory alone cant take you through the job but hands on will so theory and practical have to strike balance. Describe the benefits of working with others it helps in coordination thus smooth running of the organisation. this improves productivity Describe the benefits of working alone when you set your working targets you are rest assured that no one will let you down so when you work your input will have direct influence on the output with no other person interferring What was your worst working experience? in 2008 when Zimbabwe was using local currency and you would not access money you would have work for the whole month.not to mention the hyper inflationary environment that existed then What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? quality is the key to survival in highly competative environment What unique skills do you have?
