Zimbabwe or South Africa,and i would like to work in the call call center as an customer care agent because i have got experience in the job and working in anyone of these coutries will give me an opportunity to continue with my studies

What field do you currently work in?

i work at a bank in the commercial department as an customer care agent

What fields have you worked in before?

i have worked for Vodacom Mozambique as a customer care agent i have worked for Maputo Shopping Center as a receptionlist at the current moment i work at BCI bank as an customer care agent

What qualifications do you hold?

O level and A Level

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

Both of them because for me what maters is the education of people

Describe the benefits of working with others

working with others helps gain the experience that you dont have you have ideas on how to improve your work and social life you meet with different kind of people with different experience and there is always a help there is always a challenge

high chances of growing in your career you easily get promoted you even do different jobs at the same time

What was your worst working experience?

when i failed to solve the clients issue when he wanted assistance at that time,and he shouted a lot and ended up saying that i didnt know anything about the job,i felt so low,and to make things worese he was one of the best companies client

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

that the best way of working is to dadicate yourself to work, there is always solution to everything, when it comes to work you should forget your personal problems and and be available to work, always love your clients and treat them the same

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

working at the embassy being one of my countries representatives

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

working as a group or as team everyday you learn something different, working with the clients on daily bases helps us improve our work

What are the least interesting aspects of your field?

noone wants to see the success of someone,there is always a hatred amongst coligs
