Controversy Over The Northwest Airlines flight

There had been investigations conducted by the Federal officials on the Northwest Airlines flight were the pilots flying the twin-jet Airbus A320 had also been interviewed.

According to the article at the Wall Street Journal (link below), the federal officials are currently investigating whether the Northwest Airlines flight dozed off or were simply distracted Wednesday night when they suddenly fell out of contact with the air traffic controllers.

One factor that are long been considered is pilot fatigue.
