What inspired you to launch your own Recruitment Company?
Kenya has an excellent education system. However, like any other developing nation in Africa, has had its challenges in providing adequate employment opportunities to its graduates. Wilomo International strives to specifically mould and link Employers with top performing graduates, full of drive and itching for success.We have established direct contact with selected companies and created a partnership that guarantees employment to a determined number of top performing graduates. Our team of professionals ensure all our candidates meet the personal attributes and skills set needed by Employers.
When did you launch your first website?
The Website www.wilomointernational.com was launched in Nairobi, Kenya in January 2008 to an excellent reception by jobseekers and employers alike.

The fixed costs vis a vis the skeptical prospects who do not trust a start up to deliver! Means minimal revenue.....

Reaching out to companies that prefer to maintain the status quo. They are warming up to our fresh ideas, though.

A website is a side of the company that is visible to an invisible public. In the last two months, the response has been overwhelming and the public love. We going to improve it to make sure they continue loving it.
