What inspired you to launch your own website?
We needed to be available to the millions of people looking for jobs and also to thousands of companies looking for qualified personnel

How did you decide on a name for your website?
We got this name from France company
What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?
We believe we are the best in recruitment and so is our website

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
Our investment balance so well as we are busy with new jobs every week
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
We would change alot since we would be able to be flying all over the world to look for more and more business
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
Of course, we would keep up with the demand since we have a data of over 1000 candidates waiting for jobs.
What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?
Expenses have been a headache for us, for us to source, we usually travel worldwide, which is extremely expensive, usually on the visa, accommodation and ticketing
What has been your biggest challenge?
When on recruitment challenges are so many, e.g after we deployed 200 ex-military personnel for Iraq and 2 days later 5 were found sleeping and deported, coming back they went straight to the ministry of labour office claiming we have given them combat job and not security job as per the contract, it was hell on us
What method has been most successful for promoting your website?
we have been using our email in marketing our website
How has running your website differed from your expectations?
Running our website has been different since most of the companies do not ask for our profile, the get everything from the website
How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?
We have been running for the last 6 months and we plan to keep it as long as we are in this business, which is forever
