Targeted as a free local classifieds and forum portal, you can find jobs, classifieds, goods, services, advertisements, and information services, all in one location. People Movers And Shakers dedication to providing an economic solution for Metro Detroiters and Beyond has sparked an accord with many who are seeking employment and free advertising. Our Social Networking Portal offers a multitude of avenues for networking and marketing.
What inspired you to launch your own website?
I wanted to provide an economic solution for our region.

People Movers And Shakers was launched November 2007
How did you decide on a name for your website?
We have a rail system called the People Mover.
What makes it different from other, similar offerings?
Our site offers Video Advertising along with Business Card Advertising, and several different avenues for networking and marketing a business.
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
At this time, I want to provide a service to people, and eventually make money from it.
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
I'm just starting out, so I still measuring the successes.
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
I would host my own video and I would have paid someone to devekop the website.
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
Yes I would.

I am not getting the traffic I thought I'd receive.
How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?
Since November 2007, I will continue to keep it up because it doesn't cost much to do so.

My expectations are to become a major job and advertising portal.
