We are a young and dynamic organization intent on providing human resource solutions which focus on personnel empowerment. We open doors to opportunities by providing versatile programs that not only seek to share knowledge but to encourage growth and the development of potential. In each undertaking, we strive to achieve conglomerate success through individual progress.

What inspired you to launch your own website?

Linxprovi8 started with a dream, a dream of providing business solutions and human resource services so comprehensive they addressed the needs of the collective as well as the individual. However, like all dreams, they are destined to be merely that until we act upon them.

And WE did.

Focusing on the goal of empowering individuals to become the force that propels them and their organizations to success, Linxprovi8 provides consultancy services tailored to address the specific concerns of each and every one of

its clients, offering creativity and innovation in a whole new perspective. We involve our clients in the process to ensure that we provide solutions that are efficient, effective, and long-term.

And, as proof of Linxprovi8’s versatility, we offer other human resource, education, and training services designed to provide modern, ground-breaking solutions that attend to the distinctive needs not commonly addressed by traditional training methods.

When did you launch your first website, and what was it?

We launch our website about middle of 2006. Our company believe that its a big market now a days to have our own website especially when your still starting. I can also say that the website is a complete package of your company profile and services that you offer

How did you decide on a name for your website?

Linxprovi8 is a combination of Links that provide for a solution. Different idea that came with one name. Solutions for your needs.

What makes it different from other, similar offerings?

Integrated English for Pre-school

TRAINING PROGRAMS

English Proficiency Training Program (Filipinos & Foreigners)

This program aims to not only teach individuals to learn and use the English language but also to improve their vocabulary and communicate in English effectively, eliminating the language barriers and opening the door to open and comprehensible communication. We also have for Pre-school our new Integrated English.

Call Center Preparedness Training Program

A preparation for the pursuit of a career in the call center industry. This program focuses on the following:

· Accent neutralization and the development of universal English communication skills

Basic Computer Application

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

The company is about 1 year already. We are still adjusting in our business. The owner is the employee, the employee is the worker, the worker is the marketer, the marketer is the telephone operator. In short we are all around. You need to know all the operation so you can appreciate your success. We are happy yo have business with you who needs our services.

If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?

If we have a big budget for the website most probably we will just update and enhance the use of our website. We now editing the website by ourself.

If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

Yes. We are waiting for that chance. I know it will happen soon.

What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?

Some of our problem is when someone enroll to us and not interested to learn. Some of the parent pursue their kids to enroll in different courses. We make sure that the students/ trainee know why they want to enroll the specific course to us.

What has been your biggest challenge?

I think the biggest challenge for us is the some people don't believe in what we can do. When the time comes we know we will be proud to inform them that we have our edge in the market.

What method has been most successful for promoting your website?

I think true friends like sending emails, keep on promoting them especially when someone asking abut your company, you can say a summary of your company objective and after that ask them to visit your website for details.

How has running your website differed from your expectations?

Our website is unique and simple.

How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?

As long as the company offer services our website remains. Its a matter of a summary of your company profile.

How to you handle your client?

Our company handle our client one on one. Right now we practice that tutorials session so that the student can focus on the lesson given to them. We give priority on our client. We want them to learn. WHO WE ARE. WHAT WE DO. WHERE OUR HEART IS.
