The goal is to be the 'go-to' websites for physicians looking for Texas practice opportunities.

If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

I'd sure like to take on that challenge!

What has been your biggest challenge?

Competition with well-established physician job boards. Fortunately, they don't have the emphasis on Texas as this site does.
