What inspired you to launch your own website?
To provide people with excellent resume writing, career marketing and coaching services.
When did you launch your first website, and what was it?
I launched the A Vita Group website about a year ago.
How did you decide on a name for your website?
A Vita means "for life" in Italian. It is my belief that you must enjoy your career because it is such an important and large part of life. The impact of a career on life is so important that I decided to name my company A Vita Group to reflect that importance.
What makes it different from other, similar offerings?
A Vita group is different from other offerings because we stay with our client through their search. We offer personalized attention and provide help to clients along the way.
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
To grow my company and to build an excellent reputation across the globe.
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
I put a lot of time and money into my company and find that I am successful. I would like of course to grow even larger.
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
I would focus even more on marketing and advertising. I would add additional coaching and career services, and of course keep up with changes in technology.
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
Of course.
What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?
I find that marketing and advertising take quite a bit of time.
What has been your biggest challenge?
Building busines, marketing, name recognition.
What method has been most successful for promoting your website?
The best way to promote my site is through very satisfied clients!
How has running your website differed from your expectations?
It has been even better than I expected!
How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?
The site has been up about a year. I have no intention of shutting the site down. My intention is to enjoy big gains in traffic, income and popularity!
