What inspired you to launch your own website?
Due to fast improvement of the technology, manpower firms liike Taneil Agency should also go with the demand and environment of the society.
When did you launch your first website, and what was it?
This is our first launching of our website we are expecting for a positive response from you
How did you decide on a name for your website?
I based it on the name of the Company for them to be able to remember our website, It very impoertant for us to be recognized through our company's name
What makes it different from other, similar offerings?
Being company with wide operation, we believe that we are in position to service the needs of the companis,though there are a lot of manpower agency that are existing in the Philippiines, Taneil Manpower Agency is proud to tell you that we are the only existing agency that offers a very low administrative fee, for our main objective is to help our employees in meetiing their needs.
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

We have invested our time and effort in the agency,undergone lots of trials during the establishment of this company and suffered physical emotional, psychological stress but we are proud to say that we have overcome it all, Now, Taneil Manpower is stable and Strong. The formula is: Effort + Time =Success
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
I able to have this unlimited development we will change our site by adding janitorial services offered and by engaging also in International Services which was the target goal of the company. To be able to help Filipino's reach their goal and for us to be known Internationally.
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
As the demand grows, the more that is expected from the Agency and that is the assurance that we can give to our prospected clients and employees. The only thing that Taneil Manpower agency that should be proud of; hardworking and ever loyal Personnel that is williing to work hard for the company's vision.
What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?
A volume of unanswered questions coming from applicants, a series of interviews from our prospected clients, or financially unstable situations are the unexpected costs and headaches that we have to deal with
What has been your biggest challenge?
since we are newly established agency that is based in Makati City, our first year in the business is very hard, we have to be patient and should have the perseverance. Engaging in this kind of business is tough for new comers like us, we had encountered a lot of tough competition with other established agency and with that, It encouraged our personnel to work had and find a remedy to this big challenges that we are facing.
What method has been most successful for promoting your website?
Since this is the first website "to be", we suggest that "posting and promoting with low administrative fee yet with the same high quality service" will be the most successful strategy in promoting ou website
How has running your website differed from your expectations?
having a website totally makes a difference in our environment, it really helps a lot and makes our business get big and run very quick, it can be read by millions of people, the employed and the unemployed. And it helps a lot most especially to those people who badly in need of work
How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?
This is our first time to run a website and we can assure that we shall continue running this as long as there are people who needs us to run for them
