I used to work there at telus when it was still called ambergris. sorry for the last post. I got over eager to post it. now if you're opting for an XBOX techincal support job(i think). Brush up on your comm skills and relax. Be your confident self and look the interviewer in the eya and speak clearly and don't overdo your accent. SAE people, standard american english! Being techy will also give you a plus. know your product and use your product if you can to better understand it so you could provide support for the millions who are using it!

(im not so sure for the exact LOB but i think xbox would be inbound tech support better ask the poster for further details.)
