Army Officer( Ex) Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Valuable is the Education because IT industry is ongoing study but still require hands on experience. Describe the benefits of working with others Getting experience , Learn from each other. More brains is better than one brain. Describe the benefits of working alone Easy to focus and do Self studies. What was your worst working experience? While I configre the Frame relay Hub and spoke network. The connection whould just not work. Everything seem to be oke in my end and ISP end but stil wan't work. End it was the ISP end. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? After something is configure check, check and again check before saying good to go. What unique skills do you have? Man management that I learn from the Army. I am a very strong personal and a team leader. I am all about getting the JOB done. My job skills and I am a person like to have something to study on my plate everyday. This will move my carrier up. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? To become Senior Network Engineer hold the CCIE routing, Security, ISP, Wireless, VoIP. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Cisco is my thing. I love to work on Cisco Systems.
